Woa.. This advice, taken by my own instincts at the same time just made me see something... I was flying through space, and came across a planet, in a galaxy that looked like the crab nebula, as I landed I saw an alien race! I'm not kidding! It was freaky, but... I got too scared and was forced back into my body! How can I do that again without being scared?!?

well if you enjoy smoking you should quit it just as training? for willpower. Bardon loved this way- one year he smoked, than he quited for 1 year, the next year he started again just to quit again in the following year. The idea behind this is improving your willpower. The rst is up to you - it is your way after all so - ask yourself. Bardons methods are good but hard and when it comes to astral travelling bardons method is almost impossible

I had an experience ...
I had an experience one day when I heard my alarm clock ringing and I was out of bed trying to turn it off. For about 5 minutes I did not? understand why I could not turn it off. I was even pounding on it to no avail. Well I finally woke from my sleep and realized my astral body was trying to turn it off. I appreciate this video because I know that astral travel is another gift given to us by the Creative force that exists in all things. I will try the methods you mentioned. Thank you

HI ArphenMaethor Ich habe bemerkt dass vibrationen sich von psychischenzustand ändern. Frühe hatte ich viel niedrigere frequenzen und jetzt sie sind ziemlich? hoch würde sagen sogar sehr. Es ist, als ob man mikrofon an lautsprecher bringt. frühe was es als man unterwasser liegt. Ich hoffe es ist klar, was ich meine oder? Was denkst du dazu? danke.

If you are able to travel with your imagination through your home and see everything correctly you can try to travel the street - again imagined. after a while your senses will awaken and there will be less imagination. test yourself. Watch your friends doing whatever they do and ask them what they did. if you saw everything correctly you travelled. if you are wrong, you just imagined. needs some training before you can travel for? real without using imagination.

Well as a beginner ...
Well as a beginner you should not. If you are already experienced in meditations, imaginations etc you can learn it but it will still take some time. When you learned to have Lucid dreams the rest is easier since you can leave your body easier. Anyway for a conscious astral travel you need some training. First you need to be able to imagine your body - completly with opened and closed eyes. then you can start making imagined travels in your home, you need to see everything as it was?

You surely should watch my other videos. As long as we can not EXPERIENCE what is out there we need those symbols we perceive - so i could smell, hear, see, feel and touch the astral realm - knowing these things are also symbols -? mental plane - for something we perceive - vibrations - which almost belong to the spiritual plane. Hermetic is a science of magic and focuses on reality since 50 000 BC.

You are only thinking inside your head. Did you feel the astral plane? Touch it? See it? Hear it? Or smell it? Our minds are only projecting that because we don't know what's out there. We think we? know. I don't get why people go for this phenomenal theory... Get your head out of the clouds and focus on reality.

Es gab ein Experiment indem Personen, die behaupteten Astral reisen zu können, in einem 500 Meter entfernten, abgeschotteten Gebäude einen Raum aufsuchen und diesen haargenau beschreiben sollten, inklusive der dortigen Bilder - die Mehrheit der Versuchspersonen hat es geschafft

Not from the protection alone. But if you travel, and get touched it could cause an heartattack - like very very rude? awakening of REM. And an astral being CAN cause panic etc which can lead to physical weaknesses or even death. Its no "have to" but a possibility.
